Our dream hire is a consummate professional with previous law firm experience. Someone who is organized, and eager to be a part of a great team. Primary responsibilities include:
- Answering phones
- Handling payments and trust posting
- Receiving and distributing emails and faxes
- Opening client files
- Filing and scanning documents
- Data entry
- Running errands and stocking supplies
The position is full-time (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday), in-person at our bustling downtown Nanaimo office. Compensation will depend on the experience you bring to the position, and includes three weeks of vacation per year, a health spending account, wellness incentive, and many Michael Scott references.
