Sarah completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa in 2020. Prior to law school, Sarah received her Bachelor of Social Science with a focus in Gender Studies from the University of Ottawa.

During law school, Sarah volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and held a student placement with METRAC Action on Violence, in which she had the opportunity to learn further about gender-based violence in Canada. Additionally, Sarah worked at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic. Her role gave her the opportunity to collaborate with community organizations to provide them with legal information and work with clients from the initial interview until their matter was resolved.

Originally from the Island, Sarah is very happy to back in Nanaimo and working as an Associate with Duncan Allen Law.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys painting, hiking, and hanging out with her puppy, Ellie.
