Steven completed the Juris Doctor program at the University of Victoria in August 2025. Prior to attending law school, Steven obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vancouver Island University and completed the Master of Public Policy and Administration program at Carleton University.

Steven was drawn to family law because he enjoys working directly with clients and helping them navigate complex legal matters. Steven understands that every family law matter is unique, and he is enthusiastic about finding creative solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Steven has a keen interest in both mediation and litigation.

Originally from the Cowichan Valley, Steven has spent most of his life on Vancouver Island. In his spare time Steven is often travelling, binge watching the latest true crime docuseries, and/or tending to his (many) houseplants.
